Thursday Night @ 5:30 PM 5 Mile Loop. Miles are marked every half mile so you can run 1 mile or 5! (Free Circuit/Core class following the run)
FREE Track Workouts @ Boone @ 6:00 p.m. every Tuesday...Warm-up begins @ 5:45.... Speed work, strengthening drills, core session, stretching, training programs, etc.
We have a circuit/core class after the group run on Thursday. Bring a thick towel or mat to use. We provide Medicine Balls,a variety of Stretch bands, and any other equipment needed!!!
