Group Run

TUESDAY:

Foot Rx Speed Workouts at Science Hill Track beginning @ 5:30 Join us every Tuesday for speed workout

sessions. The workouts are designed for all levels and paces. Please call the store for any questions or details about our program.

THURSDAY:

5 Mile Group Run, beginning @ 5:30,

meet @ Foot Rx...

Join us every Thursday at the store for a 5 mile group run. Everyone (beginners, walkers, intermediate, advanced) is welcome.

Core Strengthening class begins after the group run. THIS CLASS NOW TAKES PLACE AT THE WELLNESS CENTER (same class, but indoors for the winter months) Receive a full body workout with an emphasis on core. Equipment needed is provided. Please bring a mat. Everyone is welcome to participate.
